Giovanni Cosmetics
I’m always looking for natural haircare and styling products made in Canada or USA. I’ve noticed lately that my hair just doesn’t curl like it used too but I don’t know if this is attributable to aging and my hair texture changing or perhaps it’s the products I’ve been using. I figured it never hurts to switch things up anyway so last week I headed out to my local health food store’s bath and body section. I picked up this bottle of Giovanni Cosmetics Natural Hair Mousse Styling Foam, made in Southern California. I’d never noticed this brand before but I’m happy with the results so far (only used it once).
When I came home I looked them up online to learn more about the company, their products and ingredients and was thrilled to discover they also had a Shine of the Times Finishing Mist to add shine to styled hair, which I often need (natural hair dyes turn drab fast… the downside to no-chemical-hair-colour-treatments, I guess). I made a note to pick up a bottle when I go back to my health food store.
