I started doing yoga. I’d never practiced yoga before. I know, I know, I’m extremely late to the “yoga bandwagon” but I’m nevertheless thrilled and excited about how much I like it… and how good it burns. And yes, only now am I discovering the amazing benefits of yoga. I also better understand why the need for proper attire to practice yoga. I have an even greater appreciation for the companies who have designed and who manufacture such awesome quality apparel right here in Canada! My personal favs are ones made from ethically sourced fabrics, made from bamboo, organic cotton, soy or hemp. I came across so many other made in Canada fitness apparel manufacturers or retailers too. You have to look!
